I believe that when we find what’s blocking our growth and where our resourced strengths lie, healing will flow into our lives. This healing can transform how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and our purpose and belonging in the world.
​
I offer my counselling services in-person in nature (Cortes, Quadra & Campbell River) and through telehealth (online or by phone). I work with youth (11-17) and adults through individual and family (or more than one person) sessions who are working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, grief, life decisions, family issues, abuse recovery and more.
​
Some of the modalities I offer are EMDR, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, with influence from somatic, parts work and integration of artistic expression and lifeways skills.
​
​I work from a culturally sensitive, inclusive and trauma informed lens. I especially welcome 2SLGBTQIA+ folx and their families.

Counselling Rates
$140 + GST for a 50 minute individual counselling session
$210 + GST for a 75 minute individual counselling session
$160 + GST for a 50 minute couple or family counselling session
$240 + GST for a 75 minute couple or family counselling Session
Artemisia Counselling accepts payment by etransfer.
*If you have health benefits, please check with your provider to ensure that your sessions will be covered, as we do not direct bill.*
