It is a privilege to walk this path with you.
I believe that when we find what’s blocking our growth and where our resourced strengths lie, healing will flow into our lives. This can transform how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and our purpose and belonging in the world.
I offer my counselling services in-person in nature (Cortes Island area) and through telehealth (online or by phone). I work with youth (11-17) & adults (through individual, family, and couple sessions) who are working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, grief, life decisions, family issues, spiritual questioning, abuse recovery and more.
Some of the modalities I offer are EMDR, Emotionally Focused individual, couple and family therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, with influence from somatic, parts work and integration of artistic expression and lifeways skills.
I work from a culturally sensitive, inclusive and trauma informed lens and especially welcome 2SLGBTQIA+ folx and their families.

Services
Counselling Rates
$150 for a 50 minute individual counselling session
$220 for a 75 minute individual counselling session
$170 for a 50 minute couple or family counselling session
$245 for a 75 minute couple or family counselling Session
Artemisia Counselling accepts payment by etransfer.
*If you have health benefits, please check with your provider to ensure that your sessions will be covered, as we do not direct bill.*
